Microtonal ASCII

The patch comes as an application stuffed in two forms, in either the 68K or powermac version (see stuffed folders).  As with the other patches, you can change the values and save your own presets by shift-clicking on any of the preset boxes.

Music from typing 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 above.  Typing a number calls up a preset, changing timbres and panning.  The text includes the <space bar> (silence), <return> (bell), and mistakes are cleaned up with <back space> (erase sound).  The next thing I would add is a visual display, so the user/audience can see what is being typed as it shows up on the screen.
